Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 25 grams raisins (add as many as you'd like)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180oC) and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Or toss them into your KitchenAid to mix. Add in the oats and mix well to combine. Fold in the raisins (or whichever add-in you choose).

  3. Scoop the mixture onto your cookie sheet using a cookie scoop or spoon. We used about one tablespoon per cookie.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are golden on top and just set to the touch. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.

Recipe Notes

These are also great cold/refrigerated.

If using chocolate chips I would recommend Enjoy Life Semi-sweet Chocolate Mini Chips. They are dairy, gluten, nut, and soy free. Or, you can use my recipe for Easy Homemade Keto Dairy Free Chocolate.
