  • 12 oz dairy free milk I love Califia Farms almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice more or less depending on your preference
  • 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
