My family has been quarantined for almost a month and we are starting to get a bit stir-crazy. Since we have plenty of time at home and my daughter has a huge sweet tooth, I finally tried out some of the gluten free desserts I have saved to my Pinterest board!
When I make desserts I choose recipes that don’t go overboard with sugar. I love desserts that are sweetened mainly with fruit and natural sweeteners like maple syrup or honey.
So, this is a roundup of my favorite gluten free desserts from our kitchen to yours. At the end of this article, you will also find seven of my favorite go-to store-bought options.
I promise though that these are all super easy to make. I don’t have a lot of patience when it comes to cooking and baking, so the prep for these recipes is super fast and easy. Have your kids help too!
In addition to being gluten free, I always make my recipes dairy free due to allergies. So, these are all dairy-free or can easily be made dairy-free.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
